Revitalizace bytového domu v Hranicích

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou návrhu a řešení revitalizace bytového domu v Hranicích. V úvodu problematiky je popsán současný legislativní rámec dle českého a evropského práva a jsou popsány podmínky a důvody revitalizace, opatření provedená ve zlepšení tepelnětechnických vlastností obálky budovy. Jsou popsány materiály a postupy použité pro zateplení obvodových konstrukcí. Diplomová práce obsahuje návrh nového vnitřního vytápění objektu. Se změnou tepelně technických vlastností budovy přichází i změna těles otopné soustavy. Je navržena nová kotelna a nové rozvody topení. Součástí práce je i ekonomické zhodnocení opatření. Diplomová práce popisuje možné zlepšení tepelnětechnických vlastností budovy při použití rekuperace se zpětným získáváním tepla při výměně vzduchu. V přílohách diplomové práce je návrh a výpočet zateplení domu, návrh a výpočet nové otopné soustavy. Přílohy obsahují i samostatné výkresy části dokumentace z pozemního stavitelství, technické zprávy a další důležité podklady.

The thesis deals with design and revitalization of the residential building. In the introduction, the problem is described by the current legislative framework under Czech and European law and describes the conditions and reasons revitalization measures undertaken to improve the building envelope tepelnětechnických properties. They are described in materials and procedures used for thermal insulation of building envelope. The thesis contains a proposal for a new internal heating of the building. With the change of thermal properties of building elements comes a change in the heating system. Designed a new boiler and new heating pipes. Part of the work is to look at economic evaluation measures. This thesis describes the possible improvement of properties tepelnětechnických buildings with heat recovery with heat recovery for ventilation. The annexes thesis is the design and calculation of house insulation, design and calculation of the new heating system.
