| dc.description.abstract | Úkolem mé diplomové práce bylo zkoumat možnosti využití geografických informačních systémů (GIS) ve vodárenských společnostech.
Nejdříve jsem se zaměřil na charakteristiku GIS, data, datové modely, nejvyužívanější GIS software, ale i na finanční náklady na zavedení geografických
systému do vodárenské společnosti.
V praktické části jsem shromáždil informace o využívání geografických
informačních systémů ve vodárenských společnostech, které jsem oslovil. Tyto poskytnuté informace jsem dále zpracoval.
V závěru jsem uvedl celkové zhodnocení využívání GIS ve vodárenství. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The task of my thesis was to explore the use of geographic information system (GIS) in water companies.
First, I focused on the characteristics of GIS, data models, most used GIS
software, but also the financial cost of implementing the system into geographical water company.
In the practical part, I collected information on the use of geographic information systems in water companies, which I addressed. The information
provided, I further elaborated.
In conclusion, I stated an overall assessment of the use of GIS in
