Benchmarking vybraných podniků

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vzájemného porovnávání podniků neboli benchmarking. V první části je stručně uvedena teorie z hlediska smyslu, typů a modelů benchmarkingu. Praktická část diplomové práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na standardizaci dat. Je zde také letmé seznámení s vybranými podniky a těženou surovinou. Na tuto část navazuje výběr „ideálního podniku“, ve které aplikuji získaná dat z předchozí kapitoly. V závěrečné části práce, je pomocí euklidovské a manhattanské metriky vypočtena vzdálenost mezi vybranými podniky, leaderem skupiny a ideálním podnikem.

This diploma thesis focuses on issue of mutual benchmarking, or comparing companies. The first part summarizes the theory in terms of meaning, types and models of benchmarking. The practical part of the thesis is divided into the three parts. The first part is focuses on standardization of data. There is also a brief introduction of selected companies and the extracted material. This part is followed by selection of the ideal company, in applying the data obtained from the previous selection. In the final part of the thesis is by using Euclidian and Manhattan metrics calculated distance between the selected companies, the group leader and an ideal company.
