Benchmarking vybraných společností na trhu s čerpací technikou

Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje významu a způsobu benchmarkingového srovnávání.. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení významu a možností tohoto srovnávání, představuje teorii benchmarkingu a užívané techniky. Praktická část zahrnuje benchmarkingové porovnání dvou společností působících na trhu s čerpací technikou. Je zahájena finanční analýzou jakožto přípravou na vlastní srovnání, pokračuje benchmarkingovým výzkumem a následným porovnáním získaných dat jak z finanční analýzy, tak benchmarkingového výzkumu. Je ukončena identifikací jak pozitiv tak problémových částí, či přímo hrozeb. V závěrečné části jsou v souladu se zjištěnými skutečnostmi navržena konkrétní opatření pro každou ze společností.

Diploma thesis is devoted to the importance of benchmarking and way how benchmarking. The teoretical part is focused on importance definition and the comparison possibilities, represents the benchmarking theory and applied techniques. The practical part includes benchmarking of two companies operating with pump equipment. The part starts with financial analysis as a preparation for its comparison, then continues with benchmarking research and finally are compared all datas of financial analysis as well as benchmarking research. The identification of positive and negativ parts or even threats is closing the practical part. In the final part are proposed concrete measures for each of the companies in accordance with observed facts.
