| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití odpadů z energetiky. V první části práce je charakterizováno průmyslové odvětví energetiky a začlenění odpadů do kategorie odpadů dle platných právních předpisů. Dále popisuji proces a přínos registrace odpadů z energetiky ve smyslu nařízení REACH. Následně je uvedena právní úprava, na jejímž základě došlo k překlasifikování odpadů z energetiky na vedlejší energetické produkty a je popsán následný proces certifikace výrobků z vedlejších energetických produktů. V dalších částech práce je pak popsán proces vzniku odpadů z energetiky, jejich charakteristika a rozdělení druhů odpadů. V části následné jsou pak uvedeny možné příklady využití odpadů a materiálů z odpadů vzniklých. | cs |

In the first part is described energetic industry and the integration of waste into categories according to legislation. I describe process of energetic waste registration within the meaning of regulation REACH and its benefit.
