Podpůrné služby v elektrárně Třebovice

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na druhy podpůrných služeb a jejich detailnější rozbor. V krátkosti jsem se zmínil o historii až po současnost elektrárny Třebovice, která má za úkol nejen dodávku elektrické energie, ale hlavně dodávku tepla směrem k našim odběratelům. Pro přehlednost jsem popsal všechny druhy podpůrných služeb, které lze v současné době provozovat. V této práci informuji také o technickém vybavení elektrárny Třebovice a současném využití podpůrných služeb v této elektrárně. Na toto téma navazuje legislativní rámec, který je nutný pro poskytování přenosové soustavy v rámci českých, tak i evropských právních předpisů. V druhé polovině mé diplomové práce jsem se zabýval ekonomickým vyhodnocením, které elektrárna Třebovice provozuje. Nejprve jsem vyhodnotil variantu elektrárny bez podpůrných služeb, poté variantu vždy pouze s jednou podpůrnou službou. Tyto ekonomické výpočty jsem poté vyhodnotil. Závěrem bych chtěl zmínit, že jako směnový dispečer elektro přicházím každý den do styku s obsluhou podpůrných služeb.

This thesis focuses on the detailed analysis of the types of support services. Firsly the work deals with the history and the present of the powerplant Třebovice, which task is not only the power, but also heat supply to the customers. I precisely described all kinds of support services that the powerplant can currently operate. This work also give information about the technical equipment of the powerplant Třebovice and about current utilization of support services there. This part is followed by the legislative framework which is necessary for the operation of the transmission system in the Czech as well as European legislation. In the second half of my thesis I dealt with economic analysis, which Třebovice powerplant operates. First, I analysed and evaluated the version of powerplant without support services, then another alternative version with only one support service. I also analysed the economic calculations which were made. Finally, I would like to mention that as a shift electro- operator I come into contact with service support services on a daily basis.
