Informační systém pro správu hudebních děl

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je tvorba informačního systému, který je zaměřen převážně na amatérské hudebníky. Mezi hlavní požadavky na systém patří správa písní – konkrétně jejich textů. Texty jsou ukládány tak, aby byly použitelné se známými prezentačními programy. Nezabýváme se zde obecnými prezentačními programy jako je Microsoft PowerPoint či OpenOffice Imress. Pojmem „prezentační software“ zde označujeme aplikace, které jsou specializovány na projekci textů písní při živém vystoupení kapel. Další důležitou funkcí je synchronizace. Tím se myslí porovnání obsahu vzdáleného úložiště s adresáři konkrétního prezentačního programu. V případě potřeby se provede stažení chybějících či zastaralých písní. Celý systém je z uživatelského pohledu rozdělen na dvě části - aplikaci centrální a aplikaci synchronizační. Centrální aplikace slouží ke správě písní a synchronizačních složek, aplikace synchronizační se pojí na vzdálenou vrstvou EJB a provede synchronizaci. Celý projekt zastřešuje běžné, i nadstandardní, potřeby hudebníků v oblasti sdílení textů jejich hudebních děl.

The content of this bachelor's thesis is the creation of an information system that focuses mainly on amateur musicians. The main system requirements include managing songs - namely their lyrics. The lyrics are saved in such a way that they can be used with popular presentation programs. We do not discuss the general presentation programs like Microsoft PowerPoint or OpenOffice Imress. The term "presentation software" refers to the applications which specialize in projecting lyrics during live performances of bands. Another important feature is the synchronization. That is the comparison of the content of a remote storage with folders of a specific presentation program. If necessary, it executes downloads of the missing or outdated songs. From the user point of view, the whole system is divided into two parts - a central application and a sync application. The central application is used to manage the songs and sync folders, sync applications are linked to a remote EJB layer and perform synchronization. The entire project meets both regular and extraordinary requirements of musicians in sharing lyrics of their musical works.
