Návrh konstrukční úpravy zakružovacího stroje

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukční úpravy zakružovacího stroje, která vede ke zvýšení tuhosti konstrukce rámu a optimalizuje stroj vzhledem k jeho stáří, odstranění závad a zajištění bezpečnosti práce při jeho ovládání. Cílem této práce je návrh zpevnění rámu stroje za účelem tuhosti stroje při skružování kuželů, a doplnit chybějící bezpečnostní prvky. Návrh je založen na několika hlavních silových výpočtech a kontrolních propočtech základních součástí zařízení. Zvolené technické řešení je z velké části řešeno zkušenostmi na samotném pracovišti. Pro tvorbu výkresové dokumentace bylo použito programu Inventor a jeho možností, včetně výpočtové části a metody MKP technologie ANSYS.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of roller machine structural modification. The design leads to increase of the frame construction firmness and optimizes the machine considering its age. The design also results in removing defects and securing work safety while it is operated. The aim of this thesis is the design of machine frame stabilization for the purpose of firmness of the machine during cone rolling, and addition of missing safety elements. The design is based on number of the main static calculations and control calculations of the machine basic parts. The chosen technical solution results from its major part from workplace experiences. The Inventor program and its options, including calculation part and MKP method of ANSYS technology were used for creation of drawing documentation.
