Napěťově-deformační analýza bubnu automatické pračky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá napěťově – deformační analýzou bubnu automatické pračky MB90. V úvodu je popsána historie vzniku praček, seznámení s výrobcem praček Primus a srovnání pračky průmyslové s běžnou automatickou pračkou. Další kapitola se zabývá metodou řešení. Následující kapitola popisuje dodaný model bubnu automatické pračky firmy Primus, jeho úpravy, modelování náplně a materiál využitý pro řešení. V následující kapitole je popsáno zavedení okrajových podmínek. Převedení geometrického modelu na konečnoprvkový a řešení kontaktů mezi součástmi je popsáno v samostatné kapitole. V poslední kapitole je řešena pomocí programu ANSYS 13.0 napěťově – deformační analýza bubnu automatické pračky, s uvažováním náplně i bez náplně, seznámení s teorií plasticity a následně řešena napěťově - deformační analýza s uvažováním plasticity.

This bachelor’s work addresses the stress - strain analysis of the drum of washing machine MB90. The development of a washing machine invention, an introduction to company Primus - the manufacturer of washing machines as well as a comparison of an industrial washing machine with a common one, are described in the preamble to this work. The delivered type of the washing machine drum by Primus, its modifications, modeling of a filling and the material used for the solution are described in the first chapter. The implementation of boundary conditions is described in the second chapter. The transition of a geometric model into the finite element one and the solution of contacts among components are outlined in a separate chapter. The last chapter consists of the stress - strain analysis of the washing machine drum utilizing program ANSYS 13.0, with or without the filling, an introduction to the theory of plasticity and subsequently the solution of the stress - strain analysis considering plasticity.
