| dc.description.abstract | Práce přináší ucelený pohled na problematiku zábavní pyrotechniky a ohňostrojů z hlediska legislativy v České republice. Porovnává povinnosti běžných fyzických osob při používání pyrotechnických výrobků nebo ohňostrojů s povinnostmi podnikajících fyzických a právnických osob v České republice. Přináší srovnání požadavků legislativních předpisů vybraných zemí Evropské unie a dalších zemí se zaměřením na bezpečnou manipulaci s výrobky zábavní pyrotechniky. V závěru jsou navržena bezpečnostní opatření při používání zábavní pyrotechniky a ohňostrojů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The work gives a comprehensive view on the issue of entertainment pyrotechnics and fireworks in terms of legislation in the Czech Republic. It compares current responsibilities of individuals when using entertainment pyrotechnics or fireworks with the obligations of individuals and legal entities doing business in the Czech Republic.It provides a comparison of requirements of legislative provisions in selected countries of the European Union and other countries with a focus on safe handling of fireworks.
In conclusion, safety measures when using entertainment pyrotechnics and fireworks are suggested. | en |
