| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou nástupních ploch a na ně navazujících přístupových komunikací pro vozidla integrovaného záchranného systému v městských aglomeracích. Je členěna do čtyř částí. V první části shrnuje platné požadavky české legislativy. Ve druhé části pak tyto požadavky porovnává s požadavky vybrané zahraniční legislativy. Ve třetí části porovnává legislativní požadavky s parametry požární výškové techniky. Ve čtvrté části předkládá praktické pozorování pro specifikaci největších problémů zabraňujících efektivnímu používání nástupních ploch a navrhuje jejich možné řešení. | cs |
