| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvářením tenkých vrstev především pomocí metody laserové ablace. Představuje v současnosti široce užívané tenkovrstvové aplikace v oblasti bezpečnostní praxe a poukazuje na jejich možné využití v dohledné budoucnosti. Součást práce tvoří zpracování grafického uživatelského rozhraní pro kód XUV-ABLATOR, jenž umožňuje simulovat ablační procesy vybuzené laserovými impulzy v oblasti ultrakrátkých vlnových délek elektromagnetického spektra. | cs |

The thesis presents widely used thin-film applications in the field of safety practices and points to their possible use in the near future. Part of thesis consists of processing graphical user interface for XUV-ABLATOR, which allows to simulate laser ablation processes excited by laser pulses in the area of ultra-short wavelength of the electromagnetic spectrum. | en |
