Studie řízení rizik rychlé záchranné služby z pohledu fyzické ochrany

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fyzickou ochranu posádky rychlé záchranné služby. Snahou bylo navržení nejen prvků fyzické ochrany, ale také technického zabezpečení sanitního vozu při provádění záchranných akcí. V úvodní části je popsána právní úprava dané problematiky. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní prvky zdravotnické záchranné služby s typy výjezdových skupin. Dále se práce zabývá charakteristikou typů agrese včetně statistického vyjádření počtu napadených záchranářů. V praktické části jsou dále uvedeny analytické metodiky ke stanovení míry rizika záchranné služby a navržení vhodných inovativních opatření vedoucí k zvýšení úrovně bezpečnosti.

The thesis is focused on the physical protection of the emergency medical services crew. The main aim is to design the elements of physical protection as well as technical security of the first aid car during rescue operations. The introduction describes legal essentials of the issue. In the theoretical part the basic elements of the medical emergency services with the types of emergency squad are defined. Another part refers to the types of aggression including statistical data of the number of attacked rescue workers. In the practical part analytical methodology is listed to determine the extent of the risk of emergency medical services and the appropriate innovative measures to increase crew safety are suggested.
