| dc.description.abstract | Pozemek řešený v rámci diplomové práce se nachází v městské části Ostrava-Mariánské Hory. Tato lokalita se vyznačuje vysokou ekologickou a sociální zátěží způsobenou sousedstvím těžkého průmyslu a obytných ploch. Projekt řeší danou problematiku přemístěním stávající průmyslové náplně objektu a jejím nahrazením sociálně humanitárním centrem s přidruženou částí nové výstavby bytových a rodinných domu. Ideou centra je sloužit všem členům komunity a poskytnout jim místo pro kultivaci své mysli, těla a duše. | cs |

This area is characterized by high ecological and social burden caused by the proximity of heavy industry and residential areas. The project solving the issue by relocation of existing industrial content of building and its replacing by humanitarian social center with associated parts with new construction of residential houses.
