Regenerace panelového sídliště Olomouc

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout regeneraci panelového sídliště Olomouc – Povel, který povede ke zhodnocení tohoto sídliště. Regenerace bude spočívat, kromě změn komunikací, statické dopravy a mobiliáře, také v návrhu zařízení, ploch a objektů pro využití volného času, mládeže i dospělých. Návrh se bude řídit podmínkami vládního nařízení 494/2000 Sb. „Regenerace panelových sídlišť“a povede k vytvoření příjemného bydlení v daném sídlišti.

The main objective of this Bachelor’s thesis is to design regeneration of the prefabricated housing in Olomouc – Povel, which will estimate the value of the whole area. The regeneration consists of changing traffic communications, static traffic and movables. Also, it will create a new design of facilities, areas and objects intended for a use of all ages. The design will comply with the terms of government regulation 494/200 Sb. : „ Regeneration of prefab housing estate“, and will lead into creating a pleasant place to live.
