Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Využití druhotných materiálu při výrobě průmyslových podlahových systémů“ se v podstatě dělí na dvě části. Teoretická část, se hlavně zabývá na shrnutí poznatků o materiálech používaných k výrobě cementových vsypů. Cementové vsypy jsou určeny pro přípravu nášlapné vrstvy průmyslových betonových podlah, proto jsou v práci uvedené nejběžnější poruchy těchto vrstev a z toho vyplívající požadavky, které jsou na ně kladené. V teoretické části jsou taky uvedeny hlavní složky pro přípravu cementových směsí. Je zde popsána výroba a vlastnosti těchto složek jako jsou cement, plnivo (kamenivo) a chemické modifikátory. Především se však věnuje vlivu jednotlivých složek na výsledné vlastnosti cementových vsypů. Praktická část by se dala ještě rozdělit na dvě části, v první části jsou uvedené vlastnosti zkoumaného materiálu a také teoretický základ pro jednotlivé testy vlastností cementových vsypů, jako jsou analýza zrnitosti, zkouška obrusu, zkouška pevnosti v tlaku a pevnosti tahu ohybem. V první části je taky návrh receptur cementových směsí, kde se původní plnivo nahrazovalo abrazivním materiálem TRYMAT. Druhá část praktické části se věnuje naměřeným výsledkům a jejich porovnávání s referenční směsí FORTEDUR 1010

Thesis " The use of secondary materials in the manufacture of industrial flooring systems " is basically divided into two parts. The theoretical part is mainly concerned with the general knowledge of the materials used to manufacture cement shake . Cement shake-ins are designed to prepare wear layers of industrial concrete floors , so they're working the most common disorders of these layers of revenues resulting from the requirements that are applicable to them. In the theoretical part are also the main ingredients for the preparation of cement mixtures. It describes the production and properties of these components such as cement, aggregate ( gravel ) and chemical modifiers. In particular, he focuses on the influence of individual components of the resulting properties of cement shake . The practical part could be further divided into two parts, the first part examined the properties of the material and the theoretical basis for individual tests of cement shake , such as grain size analysis , abrasion test , test compression strength and tensile strength bend. In the first part of the proposal is also a mixture of cement formulations , where the original filler replaced the abrasive material Trym . The second part is devoted to the practical part of the measurement results and their comparison with the reference mixture FORTEDUR 1010
