Abstract

Cílem řešení bylo zvládnutí a ověření výroby chladnic v podmínkách provozu 25 pro horní část šachty a oblast sazebny vysokých pecí, které musely splňovat veškeré požadované atesty společnosti Paul Würth (dále jen PW). Firma PW zajišťovala technický dohled při zkušební výrobě, čímž je garantováno dodržení technologie.

Po odlití 2 ks chladnic byly následně provedeny veškeré kontroly a zkoušky dle protokolu. Vyrobené chladnice musely splňovat při testech požadované hodnoty. Případné nedostatky byly následně odstraněny realizací úpravy modelu chladnice.
