Analýza struskovitosti odlitků z litiny EN-GJS-400-18U

Abstract

Práce se zabývá tématikou výskytu sekundární strusky u odlitků z litiny s kuličkovým grafitem. Byl analyzován vliv používaných očkovadel a modifikátorů, použití filtrů, cedníků a sítek. Dále byly zkoumány příčiny vzniku sekundární strusky v odlitcích. V neposlední řadě byly porovnány mechanické vlastnosti, mikrostruktura a chemické složení zkoumaných odlitků. Rozbor byl proveden na odlitcích o průměrné hmotnosti 20t.

The work deals with the theme of the secondary slag occurrence at spheroidal graphite cast iron castings. An important section is the analysis of used inoculants and modifiers with the use of filters, strainers and sieves. Other reported facts are causes of the secondary slag. Finally, it is shown an important comparison of mechanical properties, microstructure and chemical composition of the above mentioned types of castings. The analysis was made on the castings of an average weight 20 tons.
