| dc.description.abstract | Bytová výstavba navyšuje nebo udržuje kvantitativní stav bytového fondu, avšak sledovat
množství bytového fondu v České republice – tj. celkový počet bytů v mezidobí cenzů, lze jen
pomocí odborných odhadů a modelů[1]. Modely a odhady mají základ v počtu zjištěných bytů
v jednotlivých sčítáních lidu, domů a bytů, do odhadovaného stavu jsou modelovány počtem
dokončených bytů úhrnem za období po posledním cenzu. Tyto zisky bytového fondu jsou však
zatíženy tzv. „odpadem“ bytů, který je vždy, na základě dílčích informací ze sčítání a ostatních
odborných odhadů a predikcí, odhadován. Příspěvek nabízí pohled na modifikaci odhadu výše
meziročního odpadu bytů porovnáním dat ze Sčítání lidu, domů a bytů (SLDB) 2001 a 2011. | cs |
