Regenerace panelového sídliště Vršovců, Ostrava-Mariánské Hory

Abstract

Tématem této práce je studie regenerace panelového sídliště v městské části Ostrava – Mariánské Hory a Hulváky. Na základě provedeného rozboru současného stavu výše zmíněného sídliště byl vypracován návrh využití tohoto území včetně řešení dopravy, statické dopravy, inženýrských sítí, mobiliáře a zeleně. Samotný návrh je dle zadání vypracován v jedné variantě, která je však řešena detailněji. Při utváření návrh byl brán ohled na potřeby obyvatel sídliště a celého obvodu Mariánské Hory a Hulváky. Návrh je vypracován dle platného územního statutárního města Ostravy z roku 1994. Při tvorbě urbanistického návrhu sídliště byl jediným limitujícím faktorem uspořádání inženýrských sítí a to zejména vedení plynovodu v severovýchodní části sídliště. Přes sídliště jsou vedeny i ostatní inženýrské sítě, které neumožňují větší terénní úpravy, avšak samotný návrh nikterak neovlivnily. Urbanistický návrh byl nejvíce ovlivněn nedostatkem odstavných stání. Řešené sídliště nedisponuje dostatečnou plochou pro návrh standardních odstavných stání umístěných na povrchu. Aby bylo docíleno splnění požadavků na kapacitu odstavných stání, bylo nutno umístit do svahu u sídliště „parkovací plošiny“, které pomohou pokrýt kapacitu odstavných stání.

The topic of this paper is study of regeneration of the prefabricated housing estate in Ostrava’s boroughs - Mariánské Hory and Hulváky. Based on analysis of the current state of the above mentioned boroughs was prepared proposal of utilization of this area including solution of traffic, static traffic, engineering network, outdoor furnishings and greenery. The proposal itself is prepared as requested in one variation, which is compiled in detail. When creating the proposal, needs of the residents of the housing estate and the boroughs were taken into account. The proposal is prepared according to valid territorial statuary city of Ostrava from 1994. When creating this urban proposal of the housing estate, the only limiting factor was the arrangement of the engineering networks, especially the pipeline location in the northeastern part of the housing estate. Throughout the housing estate run other engineering networks as well, which are preventing bigger landscaping, yet they didn’t effect the proposal itself. The biggest affect on the urban proposal was caused by the lack of the parking spaces. The housing estate doesn’t have enough space for standard parking spaces located on the surface, thus to achieve the requirement for the capacity of the parking spaces, it was necessary to place “parking platforms” to the hillside of the housing estate which will help to cover the capacity of the parking spaces.
