Ekonomické a časové srovnání technologií konstrukce střešního pláště zadaného objektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na ekonomické a časové srovnání technologií konstrukce střešního pláště. V práci je porovnána varianta ploché střechy s klasickým pořadím vrstev s variantou střešní zahrady. Hlavní hodnotící kritéria jsou časová a finanční náročnost a doplňující jsou energetická náročnost, životnost konstrukce a vliv na životní prostředí. Práce je spojena s projektem administrativní budovy Lesní správy ve Zlíně. Projektová dokumentace pro stavební povolení je součástí diplomové práce dle platné legislativy a norem. Stavebně technologickou částí se zabývá technologický projekt, který obsahuje technologický předpis vybrané varianty, zařízení staveniště, harmonogram a položkový rozpočet střešního pláště a použité mechanismy na výstavbu objektu.

The diploma thesis is focused on the economic and time comparison technologies of the roof deck construction. In this thesis is compared a variant of the flat roof the order of layers with the roof gardens. The main assessment criteria are time and financial demands, energy demands, function construction of, life of the structure and impact on the environment. The thesis is connected with the project of office building of the forest administration in Zlin. The project documentation for construction is a part of the diploma thesis according to the applicable legislation and standards. The technological project deals with the construction technological part, which includes the technologic regulation of selected variants, site equipment, schedule of works and itemized budget of the roof cladding and used mechanisms for the construction of the building.
