| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem mé diplomové práce je změna využití stávající budovy zámku v obci Dolní Lutyně na bydlení pro seniory – Dům s pečovatelskou službou, ve kterém jsou také navrženy služby pro veřejnost. V diplomové práci byl proveden rozbor současného stavu lokality na základě shromážděných poznatků o území a potřebách obce. Součástí diplomové práce je také návrh na parkování, odpočinkové zóny, úprava navazujících venkovních ploch. | cs |

building in the village of Dolní Lutyně to housing for seniors - a nursing home, where also the
public services are provided. In this thesis there is an analysis of the current status of locality
