| dc.description.abstract | Témou diplomovej práce je porovnanie finančnej náročnosti realizácie vybraných druhov zateplenia (kontaktný systém Baumit Open (EPS), kontaktný systém s použitím minerálnej vlny ISOVER a zatepľovací systém s odvetranou fasádou) bytového domu ktorý sa bude nachádzať v obci Korňa. Diplomová práca bude rozdelená na dva hlavné tematické celky. Prvá časť sa skladá z projektovej dokumentácie bytového domu, sprievodnej a technickej správy. Druhá časť je tvorená technologickým postupom výstavby v podobe zariadenia staveniska, časového plánovania, zásad organizácie výstavby a technologickým postupom zateplenia objektu. Ďalej zhodnotenie finančnej náročnosti a porovnanie vybraných druhov zateplenia. | cs |
