Územní studie lokality „Na Horkách - P7“ v České Těšíně

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit komplexní návrh zástavby formou individuálního bydlení. Studie využívá urbanistické a územně technické podmínky území pro navržený účel a zohlední okolní prostředí. Varianty návrhu vycházejí ze stávajícího Územního plánu města Český Těšín, dle kterého se řešená lokalita nachází v zóně s funkcí bydlení individuální.

Diplomová práce se skládá z jednotlivých kapitol, které vždy podrobně řeší danou problematiku.

Výsledkem diplomové práce budou dvě varianty návrhu urbanistického řešení lokality, přičemž jedna z variant byla zpracována v rozsahu územní studie. Tato územní studie obsahuje kromě návrhu urbanistické zástavby formou třech typů rodinných domů také řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury, využití zeleně, vymezení plochy pro rekreaci a objemové studie všech druhů rodinných domů.

The aim of this thesis is to develop a comprehensive proposal for individual housing estate. The study uses a urban and territorial technical conditions for the proposed purpose and taking into account the surrounding environment. Design options based on the existing city plan Český Těšín according to which the addressed location is located in a zone with the function of individual housing.

This thesis consists of individual chapters that detail always solves the issue.

The result of the thesis will be two variants of the draft urban design sites, one of the variants was prepared in the range of land-use study. This study also contains spatial design urban buildings form of three types of houses as well as solutions of transport and technical infrastructure, the use of green and defining areas for recreation and volumetric studies of all kinds of houses.
