Léčiva v životním prostředí, chování dotčených osob a návrh na zmírnění zjištěných nedostatků

Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce poodkrývá problematiku léčiv, potažmo léků, v životním prostředí. Činí pohled od historie po současnost s mírným nastíněním budoucnosti, věnuje se názvosloví, členění léčiv a popisuje životní cyklus léčiva. Dále je zde uvedeno několik konkrétních vlivů na některé složky životního prostředí s hlavním důrazem na chování člověka, co by dotčené osoby, ve které lze vidět značné rezervy, ať už v jakékoli fázi styku s lékem. Vzhledem k zaměření studia je kladen důraz na odpadovou problematiku, doplněnou příslušnou legislativní částí. Rozborem jednotlivých otázek dotazníku jsou získána poměrně závažná zjištění, na která je navázáno v diskusi, kdy je navrženo řešení, jak by bylo možné zvýšit motivovanost občanů ke zlepšení svého chování, a tím snížit dopady léčiv na životní prostředí.

This thesis uncovers the issues of drugs, hence the drugs in the environment. It does look from the past to the present with a moderate outlook for the future, deals with terminology, classification of drugs and describes the life cycle of the drug. Furthermore, there are some specific effects on some components of the environment with an emphasis on human behavior, what would the person in which you can see substantial reserves, in whatever stage of contact with the drug. Given the focus of the study is the emphasis on waste issues, accompanied by the relevant legislative parts. Analysis of individual questions in the questionnaire are obtained fairly important findings on which it is established in the discusion hen the proposed solution, as it would be possible to increase the motivation of citizens to improve their behavior, thereby reducing the impact of pharmaceuticals on the environment.
