Návrh rekonstrukce primárního stupně drcení v lomu Opatovice

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je návrh rekonstrukce primárního stupně drcení v kamenolomu Opatovice. Úvod práce přibližuje základní charakteristiku ložiska včetně petrografických a hydrogeologických poměrů. Následující část je zaměřena na současný stav dobývání, úpravy těžené suroviny a odvodňování. Další část se zabývá technickým řešením úpravy primárního stupně drcení, návrhem vhodných typů strojního zařízení a automatizací světelného návěští před násypkou. Závěrečná část práce hodnotí technický, ekonomický a ekologický přínos navrženého řešení.

The subject of this thesis is the proposal for reconstruction of primary degree crushing in the quarry Opatovice. Introduction of the thesis describes the basic characteristics of the bearing including the petrographic and hydrogeological conditions. The following part is focused on the current state of mining, treatment of raw material and drainage. The next section deals with the technical solution of the primary degree crushing, the proposal of suitable types of machinery and automation light signal in front of the hopper. The final part assesses the technical, economic and environmental benefits of the proposed solutions.
