Vliv neuskutečněné investice na rozvoj a ostatní realizační akce kolem jezera Most.

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké důsledky by mělo neuskutečnění mnohamiliónové investice na rozvoj a ostatní realizační akce kolem Jezera Most. Práce popisuje celkovou dispozici území, tj. základní funkční rozdělení území včetně jeho stručné charakteristiky, uvažovaných staveb a krajinných prvků. V řešeném území je moţnost realizovat projekty, jako například silnice Most – Mariánské Radčice nebo vybudování repliky starého Mostu – MINIMOST. Ani jeden z projektů však nebyl dosud realizován. Financování by se měl ujmout stát, prostředky by mohla uvolnit i Evropská unie vzhledem k tomu, že projekt má nadregionální, dokonce i nadnárodní charakter. Výstupem diplomové práce je proto návrh variant dalšího postupu.

The objective of this diploma thesis is to investigate consequences when the multimilion investment and other realisation actions to the Lake Most will not be realised. Thesis describes whole available area, such as the basic area, functional distribution including its brief chararacteristics, considered buildings and landscape features. In this area is the opportunity to realize projects such as roads from Most to Mariánské Radčice or build replica of the original old town Most called „MINIMOST“. Neither one of those project has not been realized yet. Funding should be handled by state funds and other resources can released by the European Union because this project has supra-regional and even international character. Because of this is the output of this diploma thesis proposal for further actions.
