| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce na téma Využití kvasinek v technologii výroby krmných směsí se postupně zabývá obecnou charakteristikou kvasinek, vlivem krmných směsí na zvířata, využitím technologických výrob v České republice a ve světě s konkrétním popisem výroby ve firmě Biocel Paskov a.s. Svou práci jsem rozšířila také o experimentální část, kde jsem zkoumala rychlost množení kvasinek závislou na čase. Na závěr práce je zhodnocen přínos výrob krmných směsí. | cs |
