Aplikace s programovatelným automatem SIMATIC S7

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je specifikace programovatelných automatů firmy Siemens a uvést možnosti využití automatů v průmyslu. V úvodní části jsem se zabýval, jakým způsobem vnikl pojem PLC a jeho technickými a bezpečnostními parametry. V dalších kapitolách jsou uvedeny vlastnosti a bližší specifikace automatů firmy Siemens. Součástí práce je také návrh a realizace s programovatelným automatem řady S7-300. Cílem bakalářské práce je ověřit elektrické vlastnosti použitých modulů a pomocí těchto modulů zrealizovat funkční regulátor teploty.

The objective of the bachelor thesis is a specification of programmable controllers of Siemens company and to mention usage of controllers in industry. In introduction, i deal with origin of name PLC and its technical and safety parameters. Features and detailed specifications of Siemens controllers are described in further chapters. A part of the thesis is a design and realization with PLC of S7-300 series as well. The aim of the thesis is to verify electrical properties of used modules and realize a functional temperature regulator.
