Informační systém pro poskytovatele internetu

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá vývojem a nasazením informačního systému pro poskytovatele internetu. Hlavním cílem informačního systému je zjednodušit správu služeb, získat přehled nad stavem sítě a informovat klienty sítě o případných mimořádnostech na síti. Zároveň se systém bude starat o správu plateb a následné automatické fakturaci. Bude řídit provoz služeb na síti a vést agendu klientů sítě. Se systémem budou pracovat jak klienti sítě, tak i správci sítě. Celý informační systém bude nasazen do reálného provozu a jeho hlavní zásady jsou jednoduchost, spolehlivost a přehlednost. Informační systém je vyvíjen ve spolupráci s klienty sítě RejNet.Cz, na kterou bude informační systém nasazen. Celá práce bude rozdělena do několika podskupin, přičemž každá podskupina bude řešit konkrétní část informačního systému. V první řadě provedeme analýzu a požadavky na informační systém, v druhé části se budeme zabývat jednotlivými částmi informačního systému a ve finále celý systém nasadíme do plného provozu a otestujeme ho a odladíme dle potřeb.

This work deals with the development and deployment of an information system for the ISP. The main objective of the information system is to simplify service management to gain an overview over the state network and the network to inform clients about any anomaly in the network. At the same time, the system will take care of managing payments and subsequent automatic invoicing. It will drive traffic to the network services and keep records of clients' networks. The system will work as network clients, and network administrators. The entire information system will be deployed in a real operation and its main principles are simplicity, reliability and clarity. The information system is being developed in collaboration with clients RejNet.Cz network to which the information system will be deployed. The whole work will be divided into several subgroups, each subgroup will address a specific part of the information system. First we will analyze the requirements and information system in the second section will discuss the different parts of the information system and in the end we put the system into full operation and test and debug it from there.
