Modelování a analýza dodavatelských řetězců

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce je nastínit současné možnosti v modelování dodavatelských řetězců. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky, rozdělení, a charakteristiky jednotlivých modelů, především pak vysvětlení Efektu biče a Beer Game, její historii, pravidla, či typické výsledky sehrávky. Praktická část je zaměřena konkrétně na sehrávku Beer Game. Úkolem je zhodnocení nalezených počítačových simulátorů této manažerské hry, které jsou volně přístupné na internetu. Každý ze simulátorů bodově zhodnotím a posoudím dle vlastního postupu. Hlavním cílem mé práce pak bude analýza jednotlivých simulátorů a posouzení „Pivní hry“, jeho využití pro manažerskou praxi a doporučení nejvhodnějšího či nejsrozumitelnějšího simulátoru jak pro vzdělávání studentů, tak manažerů.

The goal of my thesis project is to describe current possibilities in suplly chain simulations. The first part of the project is aimed at theoretical knowledge, separation in characteristic of individual models, especially in explaining the Bullwhip effect and Beer Game, its history, rules or typical results of the game. The practical part is aimed at playing the Beer game. The objective is to rate founded online computer simulating programs of this role-playing simulation that are free avalaible. Each of the simulating programs will be rated and reviewed by my own method. The main goal of my thesis project is the analysis of the individual simulators and the review of the Beergame for utilization managerial practic and optimal/the most understandable simulating program for student and management education will be recommended.
