| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je aktualizovat směrnice používané ve společnosti PILSEN STEEL s.r.o. související s kvalitou produktů. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků ve směrnicích bude vytvořen návrh jejich revizí včetně chybějící dokumentace v souladu s požadavky normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 a ISO 10013/TR.
V teoretické části jsou popsány základní principy a koncepce systému managementu kvality se zaměřením na řešenou problematiku.
V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu v oblasti směrnic související s kvalitou produktů ve společnosti PILSEN STEEL s.r.o. a následná aktualizace vybraných částí směrnic. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The subject of this bachelor thesis is to update the Directive relating to the quality of products used in the company PILSEN STEEL Ltd. Based on detected weaknesses in the proposal directives for their revision, including of missing documentation in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2009 and ISO 10013/TR.
The theoretical part there are described basic principles and concepts of quality management system, focusing on the issues solved.
In the practical part analyzes the current state of directives relating to the quality of products at PILSEN STEEL Ltd. and subsequent updating of selected parts of the guidelines. | en |
