Informační systémy pro podporu strategického řízení

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je vypracována na téma informační systémy pro podporu strategického řízení. Na začátku práce se zabývám strategickým řízením a vše co strategické řízení obsahuje. V další části mé práce popisuji informační systémy ve strategickém řízení. Dále v této části popisuji základní pojmy, které souvisí s informačními systémy (informace, informační systémy, informační éra a informační management). V předposlední části je vložena analýza a nástroje spojené s analýzou a také popis běžných informačních systémů (CRM, ERP, SCM). Závěrem této práce je zhodnocení dostupných informačních systémů pro strategické řízení.

This thesis deals with information system support strategic management. At beginning of my thesis I deal with strategic management and with everything what strategic management contains. In next part (section) I describe information systems in strategic management. In this section you can also find a description of the basic concepts related to information systems (information, information systems, information age and information management). Last but one section provides analysis and tools associated with the analysis and a description of common information systems (CRM, ERP, SCM). Final part of thesis focuses to evaluate the available information systems for strategic management.
