Potenciál rozvoje letecké dopravy ve spádové oblasti Letiště Ostrava

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá potenciálem rozvoje letecké dopravy ve spádové oblasti Letiště Ostrava. V úvodu práce je charakterizována spádová oblast z pohledu obyvatelstva, cestovního ruchu, makroekonomických údajů a významu dopravy pro tuto oblast. Stručně zmíněny jsou také všeobecné úlohy a funkce letiště. Letiště Ostrava je podrobeno důkladné analýze současného stavu letecké dopravy především s ohledem na porovnání s nejvíce konkurenčními letišti, které ovlivňují jeho provoz. Na základě této analýzy a provedení marketingového výzkumu zaměřeného na poptávku služeb obchodních cestujících je proveden návrh řešení možného rozvoje letecké dopravy ve spádové oblasti Letiště Ostrava.

The master thesis is dealing with the potential of the air transport development in Ostrava Airport subregion. The introduction quotes the characteristic of the subregion from points of view of the population, the tourism, the macroeconomics data and the transport’s significance of this subregion. General assignments and all of the airport’s functions are also briefly covered. The current situation of the air traffic is thoroughly analyzed especially with regard to the comparison with the most competitive airports, which most affect the operations of the Ostrava Airport.Based on this analysis and the creation of the marketing research which examines the demand of business passengers, a suggestion for the solution of the potential development of the air transport in Ostrava Airport subregion is made.
