Abstract

KRKOŠKA, T. Diagnostický a riadiaci systém kompresorovej stanice: diplomová práca. Ostrava : VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Strojnícka fakulta, Katedra výrobných strojov a konštruovania, 2013, 79 s. Vedúci práce: Helebrant, F. Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá aplikáciou multiparametrickej diagnostiky na skrutkových a lamelových kompresoroch spoločnosti Bochemie a.s. Úvodná teoretická časť sa venuje problematike kompresorových staníc, pracovným princípom kompresorov a aktuálnemu technickému stavu strojných zariadení. V praktickej časti bolo prevedené meranie efektívnych hodnôt vibrácii a frekvenčných spektier na vybraných bodoch kompresorov. Pre určenie fyzikálne – chemických vlastností maziva boli odobrané vzorky oleja a vyhodnotené v laboratóriu. Posledným prevedeným meraním bolo meranie termokamerou, z ktorej sme získali kompletné termogramy zariadení. Ďalšou úlohou bolo zefektívnenie výroby stlačeného vzduchu sledovaného pomerom spotreby elektrickej energie na množstve vyrobeného vzduchu. Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo zistenie chovania strojov na základe určených metód bezdemontážnej diagnostiky a zníženie nákladov na údržbu.

This diploma thesis deals with the application of multi-parametric diagnosis in screw and laminated compressors of Bochemie a. s. company. The introductory theoretical part is devoted to the issues of compressor stations, working principles of compressors and the current technical condition of mechanical devices. In the practical part, we gauged the efficient values of vibrations and frequency spectra of the selected points of compressors. The samples of oil which were evaluated in a laboratory were taken in order to determine the chemical characteristics of grease. The last gauging was performed by thermal camera, which provided us with complete thermal images of the devices. The next task involved the efficiency increase of the compressed air production monitored by the ratio of electric energy consumption to the amount of produced air. The aim of the diploma thesis was to discover the behaviour of machines on the basis of specified methods of non-dismantling diagnosis and the reduction of maintenance costs.
