Zlepšení systému řízení organizace

Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma „Zlepšení systému řízení organizace“ je popisem aktuální situace a možnosti zlepšení komunikace mezi projektovými manažery a dodavateli firmy Hella Autotechnik, s.r.o. v Mohelnici. Práce je analýzou současně používaných informačních systémů organizace, je návrhem vlastního systému, který vyplní nedostatky v dostupnosti informací a komunikačních prostředků s dodavateli. Návrh obsahuje popis informačního systému s databází, vstupních formulářů, vnitřního zpracování a výstupů ve formě formuláře s grafem.

This Diploma thesis „Improvement of the Organization's Management System“ is a description of the actual situation and the improvement of communication between project managers and contractors of Hella Autotechnik, s.r.o. in Mohelnice. The analysis is actually being used in information systems and design of an information system, which fills the lack of information accessibility and communication tools with contractors. The design contains the description of information system with a database, input forms, the inner process and the output forms with graphs.
