Racionalizace systému řízení údržby

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá racionalizací systému řízení údržby v podniku Huta Bankowa. Na začátku jsou vypracované teoretické základy TPM, které se používají v následujících kapitolách jako ideální stav. Skutečný stav je popsán v druhé kapitole. Třetí kapitola posuzuje skutečný stav s ideálními podmínkami, které jsou popsány v první části. Prověřený stav je použit v následujícím návrhu řešení systému údržby. Toto řešení se vztahuje na nedostatky zjištěné při posuzování. Zvolí se nejvhodnější přístup pro možné alternativní řešení. Následuje kritika vlastního návrhu, která má prokázat realizovatelnost tohoto návrhu. V závěru je celá práce shrnuta.

Master thesis is dealing with the racionalization of the maintenance management system in the company Huta Bankowa. At the beginning, the theoretical basics of TPM are worked out, which will be used in the further chapters as the ideal state. The real state is described in chapter two. The third chapter assesses the real state with the ideal conditions, which were explained in the first part of the thesis. The explored state is used in the following proposition for a solution of the maintenance management system. This solution links to the shortcomes explored in the assessing section. The most suitable approach is chosen for a possible alternative solution. A criticism of the own proposition follows, which should prove the feasibility of this proposition. In the summary, the whole work is summarized.
