Aplikační oblasti PVD povlaků u řezných nástrojů ze slinutého karbidu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce hodnotí a porovnává PVD povlaky firmy Pramet Tools, s.r.o. sídlící v Šumperku. Rešeršní část seznamuje s principem technologie PVD povlakování a podrobněji popisuje metodu obloukového odpařování použitou při výrobě testovaných povlaků. Dále se zabývá materiály a typy povlaků, jejich vlastnostmi, možnými aplikacemi a nakonec popisuje použité experimentální metody při zkoušení povlaků. V experimentální části jsou popsány postupy měření či zkoušení a uvedeny jejich výsledky. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou poté získané výsledky zkoušek zhodnoceny podle získaných informací.

The bachelor thesis evaluates and compares PVD coatings produced by company Pramet Tools, s.r.o. based in Šumperk. The theoretical part of the thesis informs about principle of PVD coating technology and describes the arc evaporation method used for coating in greater detail. It also deals with coating materials and types, its properties, possible applications and finally principles of the experimental methods used for coatings testing are explained. In the experimental part of the thesis the measuring or testing procedures are described and its results are listed. In the thesis conclusion the testing results are evaluated on the basis of obtained information.
