Hodnocení svarových spojů oceli P24

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem hodnocením svarových spojů oceli P24, měřením tvrdosti HV10 a vyhodnocením makrostruktury a mikrostruktury svarového spoje. V úvodu je popsána ocel P24, vlastnosti oceli, chemické složení, mechanické vlastnosti a mikrostruktura oceli. Dále v teoretické části navazují creepové vlastnosti P24. Důležitým bodem je svařitelnost oceli P24 a svarové spoje z oceli P24 Jako dodatek k této oceli je uvedena struktura svarového spoje a teplotní režimy svařování. Experimentální část obsahuje měření tvrdosti HV10 a zakreslení výsledků z měření do diagramu. Pokračuje vyhodnocení makrostruktury a mikrostruktury v jednotlivých obrázcích s popisem. V poslední části této práce je provedena diskuze k dosaženým výsledkům a vyhodnocení měření tvrdosti, makrostruktury a mikrostruktury.

This thesis deals thesis investigates evaluation of welded joints steel P24, measurement hardness HV10 and evaluation of the macrostructure and microstructure of the weld joint.
