SEIDLER, L. A Study of the Effect of the Return on Energy Savings at Selected Object during Change of Inputs: Bachelor Thesis. This bachelor’s thesis deals return of energy savings, that are related to heat loss and operating costs of a specific detached house. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the return on investment in said house concerning the change in energy prices, insulation materials and operating costs of the house. The thesis focuses on the time before and during the covid period and the present (2018-2022). The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the history of building insulation, types of insulation materials, and calculation of heat loss that is used in the practical part of the thesis for specific calculations. The thesis describes certain proposals on which the conclusion concerning the initial investment in insulation and overall return on investment is based.
