Strategická analýza firmy KLASSA plus, s. r. o.

Abstract

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce "Strategická analýza firmy KLASSA plus, s. r. o." je na základě vybraných metod a technik nalézt faktory, které na trhu vymezují pozici firmy a rozhodují o její konkurenceschopnosti, s ohledem na její finanční situaci. V první části jsou vymezená teoretická východiska strategické analýzy, v druhé části jsou pak vybrané metody aplikovány na konkrétní podnik. K nalezení faktorů ovlivňujících analyzovaný podnik je použita PEST analýza, Porterova analýza konkurenčních sil a finanční analýza. V závěrečné části práce jsou jednotlivé analýzy vyhodnoceny doplněny o doporučení pro společnost.

The main objective of the bachelor thesis "Strategic Analysis of the KLASSA plus, s. r. o." is based on selected methods and techniques to find the factors that define the market position of the company and decide on its competitiveness with regard to its financial situation. There are defined theoretical strategic analysis in the first part, the second part there are the selected methods to applied to the specific enterprise. To locate factors affecting the company are used the PEST analysis, the Porter's analysis of competitive forces, the financial analysis. In the final part of this work there are evaluated by analyzing each complemented by recommendations for the company.
