Analýza efektů investičního projektu v podmínkách ŽDB GROUP, a.s.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením teoretických východisek pro investiční analýzu a následné rozhodování a navazující aplikaci těchto poznatků do reálného podnikového projektu. V první kapitole je na základě uvedených zdrojů vymezena charakteristika investic, investičního projektu a fází jeho realizace, způsoby investičního financování a vymezení hodnotících kritérií a rizik v investičním rozhodování. Druhá kapitola popisuje společnost MS UTILITIES & SERVICES a.s., vymezení dané problematiky včetně popisu problematiky vytápění objektů a následné hodnocení investice včetně posouzení rizik s projektem spojených. V závěrečné části je zahrnuto celkové shrnutí výpočtu a jejich interpretace.

This diploma thesis deals with specifications of theoretical solutions for the investment analysis and the following decision making. In the practical part is applied theoretical knowledge in a real company project. In the first chapter is an investment specification which was done on the basis of the obtained information. This specification is followed by the investment project, the stages of its implementation and the ways of its financing. In the fundamental part of this chapter are presented evaluative criteria and the record of the risk in the investment decision making. The second chapter describes MS UTILITIES & SERVICES a.s. The description is followed by the evaluation of the investment project operating in the company. The next part of the chapter deals with the determination and quantification of risks resulting from the project. In the final part there are calculation summary and the interpretation.
