Využití Microsoft Sharepointu pro správu dokumentů

Abstract

Diplomová práce obsahuje v úvodní části teoretická východiska popisující práci s dokumenty a jejich správu. Dále podrobně představuje metodiku ECM (Enterprise Content Management) zabývající se zpracováním nejen elektronických dokumentů. V následující části práce uvádí možnosti, které nabízí nástroj Microsoft SharePoint pro práci s dokumenty. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení přínosu při využívání nástroje Microsoft SharePoint.

The diploma thesis contains the introductory section describes the theoretical background of working with documents and their management. Further details of the methodology of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) involved in processing both electronic documents. The following paper presents the possibilities offered by the Microsoft SharePoint to work with documents. At the end, an evaluation of the benefits in the use of Microsoft SharePoint.
