Zabezpečení požární ochrany ve Frýdku-Místku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu možného ohrožení města Frýdek-Místek. V kapitole, která následuje po úvodu, je shrnuta historie požární ochrany a financování HZS. Dále se práce věnuje požární ochraně Frýdku-Místku a základním mimořádným událostem. V další části se práce zabývá popisem dostupných analýz. Pomocí analytického programu SFERA se analyzují možná ohrožení Frýdku-Místku. V poslední části se práce zabývá navržením opatření ke snížení škodlivých dopadů na obyvatele, majetek a životní prostředí.

The thesis is focused on analysis of possible endangering the town Frydek-Mistek. History of fire protection and financing HZS is summarized in chapter, which follows after introduction. The thesis also attends to fire protection in Frydek-Mistek and basic extraordinary events. Next part of this thesis is concerned in description of accessible analyses. Possible endangering of Frydek-Mistek is analysed with the help of program SFERA. The last part of the thesis is concerned with proposal for steps leading to reduction of damaging impacts on inhabitants, property and environment.
