Způsob řešení úpadku společnosti konkurzem

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je představení problematiky úpadku, insolvenčního řízení a konkurzu jako takového. V první části této práce je vymezena problematika vzniku finanční tísně společnosti. Krátce jsou popsány vnější faktory, které ovlivňují vývoj hospodaření každého podniku. Dále je v této části teoreticky vymezen pojem úpadek. Druhá část této práce je věnována insolvenčnímu řízení se zaměřením na konkurz. Kdy je konkurz nejčastěji používaný způsob řešení úpadku. Třetí podstatnou částí této diplomové práce je analýza společnosti Metall Holding Lány a.s. v konkurzu. Práce demonstruje na této konkrétní společnosti průběh insolvenčního řízení.

The aim of this thesis is to introduce the issue of bankruptcy, insolvency and bankruptcy itself. In the first part of this work is the definition of the issue of financial distress of the company. Briefly describes the external factors that affect the economic development of any business. It is in this part of the theoretically defined term decline. The second part of this thesis is devoted to insolvency proceedings, with a focus on bankruptcy. When bankruptcy is the most frequently used method of resolving insolvency. The third essential part of this thesis is to analyze the company Metall Holding Lány a.s. in bankrupt. The work demonstrates that the specific course of the insolvency proceedings.
