| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá vývojem právní úpravy hospodaření občanských sdružení. Zaměřuje se na jedno z největších občanských sdružení současnosti, tedy Junák-svaz skautů a skautek ČR. Srovnává právní předpisy, dle kterých fungují občanská sdružení a jejich hospodaření nyní s právními předpisy účinnými od 1. ledna 2014, kterým se budou muset všechna občanská sdružení přizpůsobit.
Závěr je věnován konkrétním změnám v Junákua transformaci jeho právní formy ve spolek. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis deals with development of the legislation concerned withresourcesmanagement of civil society organisations (CSO). It aims at one of the biggest CSO on the present,Junak – Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech Republic. The current legislative measures that are essential for the CSO functioning are compared with the legislative measures that are to come into effect by January 1st 2014 and have an impact on them.
As a conclusion, the specific changes in Junak and its forthcoming transformation into an association due to the legislative modifications are discussed. | en |
