| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce byl rozbor organizace a řízení Moravské ligy Taekwon-do v rámci probíhajícího ročníku soutěže, který se koná v šesti různých městech v termínu od 16.3. do 14.12. 2013. Sestavil jsem plán projektu včetně finanční analýzy a podrobný rozbor.
Cíle bylo dosaženo sestavením plánu projektu a jeho finanční analýzou sportovní akce Liga Taekwon-do ITF pro rok 2013.Využil jsem metodu SWOT analýzy, zároveň díky které jsem mohl navrhnout seznam doporučení a připomínek pro uspořádání akce, která by navazovala na tuto. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this thesis was to analyze the organization and management of the Moravian league Taekwon-do under the current edition of the competition, which takes place in six different cities in the period from 16.3. to 14.12. 2013. I put together a project plan including financial analysis and detailed analysis.
The objective was achieved by constructing a project plan and financial analysis of the sports event Liga Taekwon-do ITF for 2013. I used the SWOT analysis method, also because I could propose a list of recommendations and comments to organize events that would follow up on this. | en |
