Hodnocení efektivnosti investice

Abstract

Tato práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit, zda je investice do obnovy výrobní linky pro firmu Kovonax s.r.o. efektivní, či nikoliv. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis metodiky hodnocení efektivnosti investic. V praktické části je pak stručně popsána firma Kovonax s.r.o., hodnocená investice a jsou vymezeny vstupní parametry nezbytné pro hodnocení projektu. Samotné hodnocení efektivnosti investice je provedeno pomocí vybraných statických a dynamických kritérií pro dvě varianty projektů. První varianta je financována investičním úvěrem, ve druhé variantě je pak uvažováno financování z vlastních zdrojů. Výsledky obou variant jsou porovnány, pro vybranou variantu je následně provedena analýza citlivosti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné skutečnosti a zformulovány návrhy a doporučení pro firmu Kovonax s.r.o.

The aim of this work is to evaluate whether the investment in production line reconstruction is for Kovonax s.r.o. efficient or not. The theoretical part of this work is focused on the description of methodology for evaluating the investment efficiency. In the practical part the company Kovonax s.r.o. and the evaluating investment are described, plus the input parameters that are necessary for the evaluation of the project are defined here. The evaluation of investment efficiency itself is done by static and dynamic criteria for two versions of projects. The first version is financed by an investment credit, whereas in the second version the financing comes from own resources. Both results are compared and for the better option the sensitivity analysis is carried out. In the closing part the ascertained facts are summarized and there are also formulated the proposals and recommendations for the company Kovonax s.r.o.
