Finanční analýza vybraného podniku

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace stavebního podniku za období 2007 – 2011. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část se zabývá teoretickým vymezením finanční analýzy. Druhá, praktická část, je zaměřena na analýzu konkrétního podniku. Nejprve je podnik charakterizován, poté je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza účetních výkazů. Následně jsou analyzovány ukazatele rentability, aktivity, likvidity a zadluženosti. Poté je proveden pyramidový rozklad rentability vlastního kapitálu. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny zjištěné výsledky.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the financial position of a company in the building industry for the period 2007 – 2011. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of financial analysis. The second, practical part, is focused on the analysis of a particular enterprise. At first, the company is characterized, then the horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements is made. Subsequently, financial ratios of profitability, acitivity, liquidity and leverage are analyzed. Then a pyramid decomposition of return on equity is executed. In conclusion the results are evaluated.
