Antimonopolní politika České republiky v kontextu hospodářské soutěže EU

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení fungování antimonopolní politiky České republiky na základě provedené analýzy činnosti Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže za sledované období 2003 – 2012. Práce je strukturovaná do pěti kapitol. První kapitolou je úvod a pátou závěr. Druhá a třetí kapitola pojednává o teoretických východiscích hospodářské soutěže a evropské soutěžní politice. Kapitola čtvrtá je analytickou částí a je zaměřena na praktické aspekty antimonopolní politiky České republiky. V závěru čtvrté části je provedeno zhodnocení činnosti Úřadu.

The aim of bachelor thesis is to evaluate the functioning of antitrust policy of Czech Republic based on the analysis of the Office for Protection of Competition for the reporting for 2003 - 2012. The thesis is structured into five chapters. The first charter is an introduction and the last one is a conclusion. The second and the third chapter deals about theoretical bases of competition and European competition policy. The fourth chapter is the analytical part that is focused for practical aspects of antitrust policy of Czech Republic. At the end of the fourth part is an assessment of the Office.
